Triple Bottom Line or 3P's is the foundation in which the economy is built on and It is none other than the very obvious People, Planet & Profits concept where a corporate body no matter what the field they are specialized in, they should base their corporate decision according to that respective order. Business units must pay special attention to it and ultimately the success of an organization depends on the response which they receive from the Triple Bottom Line.
Thus with the birth of positive concepts like these, the dark veil of negativity will be uplifted slowly making the business world much lovelier place in the future.

- Brief outline of our CSR project

"Hospitality Training and Empowerment" we empower the rising generation to give them a more realistic opportunity to absorb the trade knowledge throughout a period of one year. The privileged individuals will be introduced to the subject via an in-house theory programme spanning over a period of 06 months, where a practical knowledge is in store for them (06 months) to be experienced in the areas of housekeeping, kitchen stewarding, laundry and F&B allowing them to experience the trade by being in the actual trading atmosphere.
As a developing country where majority of the trading is done by English language we carry out a Basic spoken and written English programme in line with the hotel management lessons to eliminate the language barriers that would keep them from coming out from their shell. Therefore to cover 360 degrees of essentials we mould the selected youth with essential equipments to take on the trade without a fear.
- Project

- o Course Hotel Industry
- o Duration One year (06 months theory and 06 months on the job training)
- o Medium of study Sinhala & English
- o Accommodation & Meals Provided by the Hotel
Thus we bridge two worlds extending our hands to the youth who thought it was only a dream of coming into the hotel management industry and to be educated under one of the most experienced corporate mammoths like Galadari Hotels (Lanka) PLC.
We have gone an extra mile capitalizing on the pillar named People investing in communities, which not only strengthen the backbone of the trade, but also providing them a modest allowance, which would aid them in taking care of their family and their community, indirectly serving the masses to reach for a better quality in life.
